📋 1. Introduction & Acceptance

Operated by Club 99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "Club 99") club99-baji.com By using the website and mobile application, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.

• You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You are not involved in any fraudulent activity and have not previously been banned from Club 99.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

💳 4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Club 99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum is subject to daily limits.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited, and any such funds may be confiscated.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal

To withdraw your winnings, your KYC verification must be complete and withdrawals must be made using the same method used for your deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.
• Club 99 may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds generally cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Club 99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit (maximum ৳10,000). A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20x.

The following rules must be strictly followed when betting on Club 99. Bets placed in violation of these terms and conditions may be voided.

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a live bet cashout option is available.
• Club 99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• In any dispute regarding scores or results, Club 99's decision is final.
• A maximum bet limit applies per event. Bets exceeding this limit will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on club 99. Violations of these terms and conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of cheating.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Abusing or threatening Club 99staff members.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for use by, a minor.

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
